All purchases with a sub total of £10 or more will be entered into a free prize draw for a 24ct Gold Plated Cobra Hybrid 18350. During the month of SWAPTOBER

1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.
2. Unless otherwise specified, competition open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over except employees of Alba-Vapours, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.
3. The winner(s) is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the Alba-Vapours. reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
4. Closing date for entry will be Midnight 31st of SWAPTOBER(October) 2013. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Alba-Vapours reserve the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Alba-Vapours reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date. Winners will be notified within 28 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner(s) from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.
7. Alba-Vapours will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Alba-Vapours takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
8. Alba-Vapours will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner's (or their guest's) enjoyment of the prize.
9. Entry is limited to the following methods. Online through the site, In Store or Market Stall, each order made with a value of £10 or more excluding VAT and Postage. We will be given a raffle ticket with your order. it will be stapled to your invoice, please keep it safe as you will need it to claim your prize. You will need to send your winning ticket to our Registered Business address for verification. All winners will be required to supply a picture of them holding the winning prize(s).
In store and market sale orders will be notified by phone.
10. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from Alba-Vapours stock. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
11. Alba-Vapours reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Alba-Vapours in its sole discretion. In such event, Alba-Vapours reserve the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Alba-Vapours reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Lee Vapours Limited Unit D9 Heritage Business Park, Heritage Way, Gosport, Hants PO12 4BG.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Lee Vapours Ltd Trading as Alba-Vapours and not to any other party.
