Product Recall on the above items
If you have brought one of the above items from us, we request that you return them as soon as possible
So far only one has developed a fault, and caused some damage.
We are not fully aware of why this happened we should know more when the customer returns the item for testing.
For now we have removed the products from sale and ordered a alternative replacement for those that would like it exchanged rather than a refund
We are sorry this has come to light as we do test the products we buy from suppliers fully.
Sometimes events are out of our hands, but we take this matter as serious and would like to resolve this matter as soon as can be.
Please return your purchase along with purchase ID# and name and address and whether you would like a refund or alternative replacement sent.
